soundcore Care's terms and condition

soundcore Care TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the soundcore Care service provided for your Liberty 4 NC earbuds. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming the service. By purchasing or redeeming soundcore Care, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing or redeeming soundcore Care.
1. soundcore Care Service
a) soundcore Care is a replacement service for your Liberty 4 NC earbuds. In the event of loss or accidental damage to one or both earbuds, you can purchase a new pair of earbuds (charging case not included) for half the original price within one year of your soundcore Care purchase.
b) The price of the new pair of earbuds will be determined based on the accessories price inquiry on the soundcore official website at the time of redemption.
c) If the original order is still within the 18-month warranty period, the new earbuds will follow the warranty timeline from the original order.
d) soundcore Care can only be purchased once for each Liberty 4 NC device. Charging case and other accessories are not covered by the service.
2. Eligibility for soundcore Care
To be eligible for soundcore Care, the following conditions must be met:
a) Users must have purchased from a US website, and the shipping address must be in the US.
b) Users must have purchased from the official soundcore website, Ankerdirect, the official Amazon store, or an authorized reseller (such as Woot, BestBuy, Walmart, etc.).
c) Users must have purchased a brand new pair of Liberty 4 NC earbuds.
Note: Refurbished Liberty 4 NC earbuds are not eligible for soundcore Care.
3. soundcore Care Purchase Separately
a) It is possible to purchase soundcore Care separately from the Liberty 4 NC earbuds within 60 days of the original purchase. The Liberty 4 NC must still be covered by the warranty at the time of soundcore Care purchase.
b) To purchase soundcore Care separately, send an email to service@soundcore.com with the following attachments:
1) Order receipt for the Liberty 4 NC earbuds.
2) A photo showing the earbuds and charging case.
c) After confirming eligibility, our customer service team will send you a purchase link for soundcore Care.
4. Limitations of soundcore Care Service
a) soundcore Care only covers the replacement of earbuds. It does not support the purchase of a charging case with a 50% discount. If the charging case is lost or accidentally damaged, a new one must be purchased at the regular price.
b) soundcore Care does not offer refunds. If the Liberty 4 NC earbuds are returned for a refund within 30 days, please contact service@soundcore.com to refund soundcore Care. The soundcore Care service will become invalid.
5. soundcore Care Redemption and Warranty
a) After purchasing soundcore Care, you will receive an exclusive redeem code via email.
b) If you redeem soundcore Care for replacement earbuds, your Liberty 4 NC earbuds will still be covered by the warranty if the original order is within the warranty period. The warranty timeline will continue from the original order.
6. soundcore Care and Charging Case
a) Losing or damaging the charging case does not affect the validity of soundcore Care. However, you will need to purchase a new charging case separately. If you need to purchase a single charging case, please contact service@soundcore.com.
7. Reservation of rights
The soundcore Care service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny service to claims that are deemed fraudulent or misrepresentative.
