Motion Boom

At this point, after three years, I own seven different soundcore products! And I am very picky with my audio base, balance, etc. The rave Neo, which is a precursor to the trance, a bit smaller, but pretty dang heavy, go to the beach with me, because it is so reliable in any type of weather. However, I had no idea it was waterproof, and could float in water! so when spilled a 12 ounce bottle of Dr Pepper and the Neo took it directly to the face and did not even stop playing, I was shocked, and looked it up only to find wow soundcore is actually living up to its name is waterproof it took an entire 12 ounces of Dr Pepper to the face ha ha The motion boom, was the best investment for the sound quality, which is amazing and cancel out the neighbors mariachi music once it reaches hour 3-4!
My favorite feature of sound quality and durability is how extremely light it is, I think a child carry it around on their shoulders, and it wouldn’t bother him. In fact, they would look like an old-school hip-hop guy with boombox on their shoulder. Ha ha anyway, I highly recommend this one because the price you’re getting a lot of loud noise and some amazing base, and, I didn’t mean to test it out like this, but, for everyone’s info, I forgot it was on the roof of my car as I pulled away from my house and drove off probably going 3 miles an hour in the parking lot, however, sent the motion boom flying, and it landed pretty hard. It’s got a few battles scars, but nothing on the speakers or buttons, and it didn’t affect its performance at all whatsoever , so, if you’re wondering if this is reliable and can stand a beating, do it get it get it I’m telling you it weighs like 3 ounces OK maybe a little more but less than a pound

I purchased this speaker to see if the reviews hyping up the sound quality and bass were legit and wow! Sound quality is amazing and the bass is bumpin! I got this while on sale but I would definitely pay full price on this speaker after hearing the quality for myself. The battery is great too, I used it at work for about 6hrs and wasn’t even halfway drained.

This speaker will surprise anyone. It's not only loud but extremely tough. I use it at work everyday, it gets dropped, thumped and knocked off shelves at least 6ft tall. I have had it for going on 2 years. And when it does give up I will be buying another.

Use the custom eq listed in other reviews. With those settings it's as powerful, punchy and fun as a boombox twice it's size.

The presets are junk just use the soundcore app and you're good.

First, I must say thank you to Nancy over in customer support, I had a issue with a speakers purchased and figured I would let them know instead of throwing away and going on with life. Well, once they read my email, they were attentive and correspondence was immediate, as well as sent me anew motion 💥 boom. Unbelievable, and to think I was going to just chop it up as a loss, they sent me a new speaker overnight to boot.
Speaker Quality:

This speaker separated itself from competition by the app that accompanies the speaker. The app puts the cherry on top as it makes night and day difference in listening styles. Without the app the speaker would be equal to a JBL charge either model, with the app there is not a speaker in the 150 dollar range or even 350 which would include the extreme by JBL. JBL is notorious for distortion at 60% volume and basically from 60 to 100 on JBL is for looks, doesn't get much louder but the soundcore is smaller, lighter, easier to carry, and has a more precise thump in the bass, it's like a Bruce Lee jab compared to a Chuck Norris Jab, although Chuck Norris was a cold piece, Bruce Lee was a subzero piece and that is how I equate the sound core motion boom as well as the sound core select pro which are basically the exact same speaker except the select pro has a smaller battery but has disco lights where as the motion boom has bigger battery no disco lights but the same build, same size, same output, and the same connectivity. Soundcore you are an awesome brand and to you I salute you for making me happy to see a box outside my door and a beautiful surprise. Fan for life
I have purchased almost every Bluetooth speaker on Amazon that is considered a top dawg and the soundcore line up is the only one where I feel like keeping it or I got what I wanted in a speaker. Other speakers like the Oontz are great but just not enough wattage, JBL are getting to expensive as well as Sony and Bose and yet they don't keep in line with soundcore. Tribit stormbox pro, not as loud and thumping as the flare, Erkei Sehn 29.00 dollar speaker is equal to the Walmart speaker , so if you want a great durable speaker that puts out great sound, buy 2 of these at 160 170 with tax and you have yourself a speaker combo that's true wireless that can be actually felt and heard at a pool party or outdoor shindig. Keep in mind soundcore just released the motion boom us, 80 watts, basically 2of these into almost the same size and style, which I just bought but haven't received but as soon as I get I will update on whether 2 of these or 1of those would be the route.
