  • What should I do when the white noise has an unnatural loop?
We suggest you try some different white noise which you can find in the soundcore app.
  • Why is the sleep detection data inaccurate?
Your sleep report is given using the data gathered from your earbuds. Sometimes the earbuds can misinterpret certain activities as you being asleep or awake. For example, if you’re wearing them and sit still for a while or you just leave your earbuds out of the case for a prolonged period of time, it may interpret this as sleep. The soundcore app would then use this data in your sleep report, therefore distorting your sleep curve.
  • Why is there no sleep data?
    How sleep detection works:
The earbuds judge whether the user has fallen asleep by their movements. If within half an hour, the user barely moves, the earbuds determine that they have fallen asleep and generates sleep data. If they often move around while sleeping, it may cause the earbuds to misjudge that they are still awake, so no sleep data will be recorded.
    1. Open the soundcore app, log in, and connect the earbuds to synchronize data before sleeping (do not put the earbuds back in the case or turn them off after syncing).
    2. Make sure you have good signal. Sleep data may take a while to display due to bad signal.
    3. Keep the app and firmware up to date.
  • The sleep reminder doesn't work after I open it. What should I do?
You need to keep the app active in the foreground for a prompt. You will only get a prompt on your phone not on the earbuds.
  • Sometimes the alarm doesn't go off after I've set one. What should I do?
The alarm only repeats once and the alarm turns off once you put the earbuds back in the case or when you turn it off yourself. You need to set a new alarm each time you want to turn it on.

    1. Connect the headphones to your phone, open the soundcore app, and click on Sleep A10.
    2. Click the Settings button in the upper right corner.

    2. Pause it via the soundcore app.
    3. The alarm will not go off again after it has been paused.
  • How do I check how much battery is left?
    1. After the earbuds are paired with the soundcore app, you can check it via the app.
    2. When the earbuds are in the charging case, the three lights in the charging case blink:
    - When three LED lights are white, the case is on more than 70% battery.
    - When the left two LED lights are white and the right LED is off, the case is on 30%-70%.
    - When the left LED is white and the right two LED's are off, the case is on 5%-30%.
    - When the left LED blinks and the right two LED's are off, the case is on less than 5%.
  • How do I know if I've paired the earbuds successfully?

This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
      3. Try using a different sound source or music app.
    • The sound quality of the white noise is poor. What should I do?
      1. Update your software to the latest version via the soundcore app.
      2. Try using different white noise in the soundcore app.
    • The noise cancelling effect of these earbuds is not working well. What should I do?
soundcore Sleep A10 does not support active noise cancelling. If the Smart Volume Control effect isn't up to scratch, try a different size of ear wings and eartips. Also try to make sure you're wearing them correctly.
    • The notification volume is too loud. What should I do?
You can turn off the notification tone in the soundcore app.
    • The volume is too low. What should I do?
Volume adjustment is different in the two modes:
      1. When using them in sleep mode, the volume of the white noise just can be adjusted via soundcore app.
      2. When using them in music mode, you need to turn on volume synchronization via the settings on your mobile phone.
    • There is a stethoscope effect when wearing the Sleep A10 earbuds. What should I do?
Please try different sizes of ear wings and eartips and also adjust the wearing angle of the earbuds.
    • Does soundcore Sleep A10 support calls?

    • How do you download white noise?
Download white noise in music mode. Please note: You can't download white noise in sleep mode and importing third-party audio sources is not supported.
    • It's taking a while to download white noise. What should I do?
      You can do the following:
      1. Don't play music or use your phone while downloading.
      2. Make sure your Wi-Fi is working well.
    • How do I set an alarm?
      1. Connect the headphones to your phone, open the soundcore app, and click on Sleep A10.
      2. Click the Settings button in the upper right corner.
      3. Click "Add alarm" to set an alarm clock (you can set up to three alarms).
    • How do I snooze or turn off the alarm?
      1. Firmly double tap the left or right earbud to pause.
After pairing with a phone successfully, the two lights in the charging case flash slowly.
    • How do I clean the earbuds, ear tips, and ear wings?
You can use a clean cloth and rubbing alcohol to clean them.
    • What is the waterproof rating for Sleep A10's?
The earbuds are IPX4 water resistant.
The charging case is not waterproof.

  • How does the Smart Volume Control feature work and how can I activate it?
When the Smart Volume Control feature is enabled, the earbuds automatically start playing sleep music. When the external noise changes, Sleep A10 automatically adjusts the volume of white noise according to the external noise level. You can activate this feature in the soundcore app.
Note: This feature only works in sleep mode and activates when the user has fallen asleep.
  • Do Sleep A10 earbuds support ANC?
No, these earbuds don't support ANC, but they use a 4-point passive noise masking system to block out external noises.
  • How do I set a time limit for playing sleep music?
Switch to Sleep mode in the app, then select "Playback Duration" and adjust the time limit.
Note: The default playback duration is set for two hours. You can adjust this setting to your own preference.

    - Playtime in music mode is up to 6 hours at 50% volume.
    - Playtime in sleep mode is up to 10 hours at 50% volume.
We also recommend you try the following tips:
    - Fully charge your earbuds.
    - Turn on the smart switch, the earbuds will enter sleep mode after detecting the user has fallen asleep, which can prolong battery life.

    Note:
Battery playtime in Music and Sleep mode is obtained from testing in the Anker laboratory using the earbuds' default settings; no smart volume control (sleep mode only), and 50% volume.
The actual playtime may vary by volume, audio source, environmental interference, usage, etc.
  • How long does a full charge take (including headphones and charging case)?
    Approximately 2 hours.
  • How many times can the charging case charge the earbuds?
    7 times on full charge.
  • Do the earbuds support wireless charging?
    Wireless charging is not supported.
  • What should I do if my Sleep A10 earbuds disconnect or the sound is choppy?
Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue with the earbuds, so check your connected devices and surroundings. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection for these earbuds, we recommend avoiding such obstructions and use in an indoor environment.
To fix this issue, try the following:
    1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and re-pair them.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. 2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds correctly.
    3. Try another set of the ear tips and ear wings in a different size.
Please note that if the earphones are too deep in your ears, it may affect the Bluetooth signal. Try larger sizes to reduce the in-ear depth of the earbuds, which may improve the connection stability.
    4. Check the earbuds by listening to a downloaded song/video if you're using them in music mode.
    5. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if there's a difference.
  • What is the maximum range of the Bluetooth connection?

Note: This feature only works in sleep mode and activates when the user has fallen asleep.
    • Do Sleep A10 earbuds support ANC?
No, these earbuds don't support ANC, but they use a 4-point passive noise masking system to block out external noises.
    • How do I set a time limit for playing sleep music?
Switch to Sleep mode in the app, then select "Playback Duration" and adjust the time limit.
Note: The default playback duration is set for two hours. You can adjust this setting to your own preference.
    • How do I disable the controls on the earbuds themselves?
In the soundcore app, go to "Control" to change the tap control settings.
    • What should I do if the following issues happen?
      1. When using them in music mode, the earbuds unexpectedly switch to sleep mode and play white noise.
      2. When using them in sleep mode, the earbuds prompt you to switch to music mode and pause the white noise.
In some specific scenarios, the left button on the Sleep A10 earbuds may be accidentally double-tapped, which switches the mode. In this situation, firmly tapping the left earbud twice will switch back to the desired mode.
    • What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
      1. The earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case.
      2. The earbuds stay connected to the device even after being placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
      3. The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.
      1. Confirm the charging case has power left (open the charging case to check if there is white light flashing).
      2. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and rubbing alcohol. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry from sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. The first light flashes twice when the left earbud is placed in the case. The third light flashes twice when the right earbud is placed in the case.
      3. Use the certified charging cable and wall charger.
      4. Check whether the ear tips and ear wings are installed properly.
      5. Make sure the earbuds are put in the charging case correctly.
    • What should I do if my Sleep A10 earbuds have a short battery life?

This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
      10 meters/33ft
    • Which Bluetooth version do Sleep A10 earbuds use?
      5.2
    • What is the Bluetooth latency?
      180ms-200ms
    • What Bluetooth codecs do the earbuds support?
      SBC, AAC
    • The sound is quieter in one ear when I sleep on my side. What should I do?
      1. After sleeping on your side, one earphone may be blocked due to pillow obstruction, resulting in Bluetooth disconnection.
      2. Sleeping on your side at a certain angle causes the ear tips to be offset and block the earbuds, resulting in no sound or low sound.
We recommend you try the following:
      1. Adjust the positioning of your head and pillow.
      2. Try larger ear tips.
      3. Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips.
    • What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
      - Earbuds cannot pair or reconnect with my device.
      - One earbud does not pair with the other earbud or my device.
      - No music plays after connecting with my device when using them in music mode.
      - Only one earbud has sound.
      1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
      2. Reboot the Bluetooth device you're using (such as a phone or computer). Forget all the pairing records of your earbuds on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
      3. Reset the earbuds as per the steps below (make sure your earbuds have enough battery).
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are properly connected with charging points in the case, or it may cause resetting failure.
      4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for soundcore Sleep A10 and pair.
If there is a pop-up window to confirm pairing for "soundcore Sleep A10," please select "Pair." If you accidentally select "Cancel", you need to refresh (turn off and turn on) the Bluetooth on your device and pair the earbuds again.
    • When the earbuds are pairing with my phone, the sound comes through my phone. What should I do?
You can check whether the earbuds are in sleep mode (you may have touched the left earbud by mistake and double-tapped to enter sleep mode). In sleep mode, the earbuds can only play white noise, but cannot play Bluetooth music.
    • The sound quality is poor when using them in music mode. What should I do?
      You can do the following:
      1. Try setting a different EQ via the soundcore app.
      2. Reset the earbuds as follows:
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
    • Does soundcore Sleep A10 support calls?
soundcore Sleep A10 has no mic for calling. When wearing these earbuds for calls, you will be able to hear but you will have to use an external mic.
    • What should I do if Sleep A10 earbuds can't pair with the soundcore app?
      1. Pair the earbuds with your phone. Currently, the soundcore app is not available for computers.
      2. Open the soundcore app, choose Add Devices > Headphones, Speakers, and Frames, to find your device.
      3. If you cannot find Sleep A10 in the list, please choose Set up Manually > Sleep > Sleep A10.
      4. If you cannot find Sleep A10 in the list, please update the app to the latest version (3.0.1 or above). Alternatively, you can uninstall then reinstall the soundcore app.
If the problem still persists, please contact us and let us know which version of the soundcore app and phone model you're using so we can further assist you.
After pairing with a phone successfully, the two lights in the charging case flash slowly.
    • How do I clean the earbuds, ear tips, and ear wings?
You can use a clean cloth and rubbing alcohol to clean them.
    • What is the waterproof rating for Sleep A10's?
The earbuds are IPX4 water resistant.
The charging case is not waterproof.

Sweet, sweet, sleep is an A 10+++!!

Prior to my purchase of these earbuds, I was constantly awakened by heavy traffic flow, tinnitus, the neighbors dog, or their lack of etiquette in nightly noise abatement, and the fire department being across the street at all hours of my "sleep schedule." (Yes, I'm a very light sleeper.) Knowing past experiences of owning/using ear plugs/loops, headphones, fans, etc., I knew I'd need something special, and I've found these work for me! Now, with one setting, I'm fast asleep, and stay asleep! I barely hear the sirens of the fire trucks, or the loud popping of an under achiever with his too rich fuel mixture racing down the street, and the prior to 4th of July and later fireworks in my neighborhood, although I can still hear the wife for some reason. I'm able to listen to a good mixture of differing natural sounds/noise, pink, white, brown, water, fire, forest, etc., in the app, which is very easy to navigate through the different system settings. All is good with my favorite white noise, which actually drowns of the majority of the tinnitus I suffer, and surprisingly the fit works extremely well with me being a side sleeper again! The silicone ear tips and cups manage to stay in place very comfortably all night, (this will take a little bit of time to get used to, so don't fret, you'll work it out quickly) and on average the battery lasts about 8.5-9 hours. I have yet to use the alarm setting as I'm disabled, but I'm sure it works, and can also listen to music of my choice before switching over to my usual sleep settings. (Mind you, there isn't a microphone built into these as you'd find on regular earbuds, and this helps keep the size profiling down to allow such a good fit in your ears.) There is also a sleep monitoring capability in the app, but I'm not using it as I'm more than happy with the level of sleep I'm finally able to get. Overall, a bang up job on the earbuds, and I'll be purchasing a back up set later today.

Comfortable for sleeping

I got the soundcore A40 with great noise cancellation, and occasionally wear it fall asleep, although it’s very comfortable, but not ideally for sleeping usage, once i found the A10, I just ordered it immediately. After wear it night by night over two weeks, I’m super happy with it, it’s so comfortable that sometimes I even didn’t notice it, and sound is great, i almost fall asleep right after the rain sound, it also record the sleep info, I’ll keep monitoring it and compare with other devices to double check it. Overall love it so much, now I get A40 for daytime use and A10 for nighttime to enjoy

The only earbud you can sleep with

These earbuds are awesome! Not only do they play music from your phone but they have the ability to download peaceful nature sounds to help cancel noise in the night. They are not active noise canceling but they still cancel noise really well because of the way the earbud fits into your ear. It’s the only earbud that I can wear and lay on my pillow with and still be comfortable. It’s really small so it doesn’t put pressure on your ear. Great earbud, I recommend them to anyone!

Comfortable and small

These earbuds are great! The con is that the noise cancelling is not the best I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 in that aspect. The rest is really great. The earbuds are small so they don’t hurt cater long time of use. It has different size earbuds so you can customize them. The case recharges them. The sound quality is great on these earbuds. It has many functions when you download the app. You can customize the sound through there and put sleep mode where it can play soothing sounds to help sleep and block outside noise like snoring. It has an auto shut off so it won’t play all night. The best feature is that when you do this it can play the alarm sound so you wake up and not miss your alarm. The only downside to these earbuds is that you need the app or it won’t play music. In the app you need to put it on music mode to listen music on the phone and you can’t talk through these because it doesn’t have a mic. If your looking for earbuds for sleeping and just listen to music these are great.

A better nights sleep

These sleep earbuds are great! I was sleeping with ear plugs in. I got these for Christmas and started using them asap. I am a side sleeper and they are not extremely comfortable when laying on my side. I did play around with the different sizes and found one that fit better and that helped but I do still feel them in my ear.
I do not typically like white noise and was afraid this would be a deterrent, however there are a lot of different options and the ability to choose the volume. This made it so I could have one that is very quiet almost unable to hear.
There is no microphone in these ear buds so they are not going to work to answer a phone call. I did use them to listen to music indoors, and decided they worked but weren't the best for day time use.
I am able to fall asleep much quicker, stay asleep a lot longer and no longer hear the wind, rain, my partners snoring, or the kids.
