    Rules

    1. Promotion Period: 2024/02/22 - 2024/02/29

    2. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. All registered users can participate in this treasure hunt activity for free. Users need to spend soundcoreCredits (credits) to obtain a treasure hunt number (i.e. a lucky draw number, and may participate in multiple product treasure hunts simultaneously). If you are not yet registered, you can register to earn points and participate in the activity for free.

    3. Point Redemption: Different products require different amounts of credits to participate. After participating, the credits spent are non-refundable. The more times you participate, the higher your chances of winning. Credits earned from registration, subscription, and completing your profile can be used in this event.

    4. Winning Mechanism: If the credit pool for any product reaches 100% during the Promotion Period, an automatic draw will be immediately conducted, randomly selecting a winning number from that product"s treasure hunt numbers. If the credit pool for a product has not reached 100% by the end of the Promotion Period, a draw will be conducted at the end of the Promotion Period, randomly selecting a winning number from the treasure hunt numbers of each product. Once a product is drawn, it is no longer available for future treasure hunts, and its status will be updated to "drawn". Winning users will receive an email notification.

    5. Prize Collection: Prizes can be viewed on the “My Rewards” page and are claimed following the same process as point redemption.

    6. Notices:

    ① In this treasure hunt activity, soundcoreCredits purchased after the start of the activity will not be applicable for the draw. We encourage users to use existing points to participate in this activity.
    ② The 'Member-Exclusive Bundle' promotion cannot be used alongside other existing promotions (including the additional 5% discount).
    ③ In the process of participating in the treasure hunt and claiming prizes, if a user engages in violations including but not limited to cheating in claiming, malicious cashout, credit brushing, false transactions, etc., soundcore.com will revoke the user's eligibility to claim prizes and participate. We reserve the right to revoke all transactions and recover all rights (including used and unused), and legal responsibilities may be pursued if necessary.
    ④ During the activity period, if Force Majeure or situation changes occur (including but not limited to major disaster events, instructions from government agencies to stop or adjust the activity, severe cyber-attacks, or system failures requiring a temporary suspension of the activity), soundcore.com may claim exemption in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
