When this happens, your earbuds are both in Mono mode. To return to Stereo mode: 1. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and close it. 2. Turn off the Bluetooth on one of your two devices. 3. Make sure there is only one discoverable Bluetooth device in range. 4. Open your case and remove both earbuds. They will reconnect with the Bluetooth device in Stereo mode.

I love soundcore. They have become my favorite go to for earphones/headphones. This recent purchase did not disappointment. They didn't pop out when I went jogging, and for yoga, they provided a wonderful noise cancellation, making it feel like I'm in my own bubble. They are amazing!

Bought them for the wife, she is almost completely deaf and needs them to hear the TV clearly. Her only complaint was that the volume is not high enough, which I understand. For those of us without a hearing issue, they are great and comfortable. I bought her another set with higher volume and I use these now.
