How do I reset Life A2 NC?

1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open. 2) Press and hold the button at the bottom of the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash red 3 times and then turn white. Wait until the LED indicator on one of the earbuds flashes fast while the other flashes slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.

What should I do if any of the following problems occur? 1. Only one earbud has sound. 2. One side does not pair with the other side or my device. 3. No music plays after connecting with my device. 4. Cannot pair or reconnect with my device.

- Make sure your earbuds can be charged and turned on correctly.- Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the case for 10 seconds. Then open the case to try pairing again.If that doesn't work, try the following: 1) Forget the Bluetooth pairing record on your device if you have previously connected the earbuds.2) Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset Life A2 NC?" 3) If it's related to the sound issue, please also try to take off the ear tips and use a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean the filter part.

What should I do if Life A2 NC disconnects or the sound is choppy?

Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:1) Ensure you phone is on the right hand side of your body.2) Download videos and songs instead of streaming.3) If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.Or you can try: - Resetting the earbuds. See "How do I reset Life A2 NC?"- Try a different device if possible.

Can Life A2 NC be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

This feature is currently not supported.If you want to pair Life A2 NC with a second device, please use one of the following methods:- Turn off Bluetooth on the current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode.Or1) Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.2) Press and hold the button on the back of the case for 3 seconds until the right earbud's LED flashes white. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

Very good product would buy again

Unless you've bought very expensive ear buds and these are your first noise canceling. They are very very good. If you're upgrading dorm cheap ear bids these are a huge upgrade.

I work in a factory and these sound great. As long as I alternate ear buds they will last my whole shift.

Like the quality of sound

They weren't for me - fit much better than other buds I tried , comfortable, but personally didn't cancel enough noise on plane for me - also about half the volume than my corded ones. But good quality, and good app. Just not perfect for me

Great ear buds for a great price

Very happy with these. Tried a more expensive pair from a different manufacturer that didn't sound as good, and when I moved around the sound would drop out in one ear or the other. The sound core ones work great, and the sound quality is very rich. Recommend highly.
